Description: • Interview and assess 20 new customers each week
• Facilitate workshops of up to 75 people to provide clients with the necessary tools to obtain employment
• Offer specific training programs to help clients improve interviewing skills, job searching and resume writing
• Build professional relationships of mutual trust with clients while maintaining caseloads between 35-200 customers
• Conduct needs’ assessments and refer clients to financial, medical, social and community assistance and services
• Engage in follow ups with customers to ensure they are progressing properly through the program
• Collaborate with community leaders, organizations and public agencies to promote the Wichita Workforce Center’s community service programs
