Description:	The Department on Aging/RSVP/Harvey County Volunteers needs someone to assist with teaching how to use the web software available to the county or to make their website more accessible and visually interesting. If someone could set even a few pages or walk me through the basics, it would be a great assistance! Software available: Joomla, TinyMCE, JCE.
