The Boys & Girls Club of The Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence has been in existence for more than 40 years and has an established history of providing youth programming in partnership with the school district and community organizations. The Club has grown from 1 site to 14 sites. The capacity of children served has risen steadily in the last 40 years from 50 to 1,500 youth served daily. Overtime Boys & Girls Club has evolved and is shaped by participant feedback, evaluation outcomes, and best practices in the field. The Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence has long maintained a rigorous schedule of meeting performance measures and tracing extensive data- behavior outcomes, attendance of individual children, education outcomes, demographic information and other key outcomes to measure our success or need for improvements.
