About Us
TARC, Inc. is a non profit 501(c)3 organization whose mission is to enhance the lives of people affected by intellectual, developmental, and related disabilities through commitment to excellence in service, support, and advocacy. Our vision is that all people, including those with intellectual, developmental, and related disabilities experience life to their potential. The Childrens Services department has opportunities for volunteers to provide child care for our SPARKK and PACT programs. SPARKK is a parent's night out program, held two Friday's per month from 5:30pm-9:00pm. PACT is our Parents and Children Together program, held the third Thursday of most months from 10:00am-11:30am.
