Breakthrough is the only nonprofit in town that offers a free breakfast Monday through Friday in the early morning. Any day we can serve around 60-90+ meals. We are looking for volunteers to assist staff to serve a nutritious breakfast, including beverages using safe food handling practices. Hours are Monday-Friday from 7:30 am to 9:00 am. Volunteers typically work one day a week, and schedules are flexible. Have friends at work that want to help? Bring them in as a group! Volunteers must be able to stand for extended periods. Volunteer. Community service hours allowed but must not have violent crime in their history.
