Description:

Counselors will assist with: Medicare questions, claims and appeals, fraud, prescription drug plans, advantage plans, supplement (Medigap) insurance, employer group plans, Medicaid, long term care options, and extra help with prescription drugs. Medicare Part C/D Counselor provides information and counseling about Medicare managed care (Part C) and prescription drug plans (Part D) to members of the public. Comprehensive Medicare Counselor: Provide information and counseling about Medicare Parts A, B, C and D as well as other health insurance issues. Call Center Operator: Answer the statewide SHICK hotline and forward callers to appropriate area coordinator for assistance.

Requirements:

Must complete SHICK Medicare Training
