This position is ideal for helpful, friendly individuals who want to assist in a compassionate and caring environment. Good interpersonal skills and empathy for our patients is also desirable. As patients check in for appointments or treatment, the volunteer ambassador will greet them with a warm smile, accommodate specific needs, and provide ambulatory assistance, if needed. Flexibility in volunteering for a morning or afternoon position is available to accommodate busy schedules. Other volunteer positions are also available throughout the school year particularly if you are interested in gaining healthcare experience.
