RSVP Care-Ring Caller volunteers connect with an assigned older adult to reduce social isolation and provide companionship, as well as serving as a referral source. For example: If they express a need for in-home help or need other resources, the volunteer will communicate with the RSVP Program Coordinator who will make the appropriate referrals. All clients under this program are 55 years or older. Referrals for the program are received internally and from other community partners as well. Calls can be made weekly or bi-weekly. There is a lot of flexibility with this program! And best of all, it can be done on your schedule, in the comfort of your own home.
