Description:

You can join us in creating a community free of sexual violence by becoming a Volunteer! Hospital Advocate Volunteers provide support to survivors during their sexual assault forensic exams. Hospital Advocates offer emotional support, crisis intervention and problem solving to assist survivors on their first step toward healing. This is an on-call position. MOCSA services cover six counties - Johnson, Wyandotte, Platte, Clay, Jackson and Cass. Volunteers can choose which state works best for them, or respond across both states. As a 24-Hour organization we always need help. Our Volunteer positions offer flexible scheduling to match your availability.

Requirements:

Background Check, Fingerprint Registration, 40 Hour Training, Must be 18+

Background check required.
