Volunteers who serve in the Procurement Specialist role help the non-profit by procuring various types of donations including furniture, gift cards, and other in-kind donations. The tasks involved with this role can be accomplished either virtually or in-person. Our non-profit provides job training for youth in foster care or the juvenile justice system, as well as quality furniture at a fair price for the community. There is a lot of work to do in order to accomplish those two tasks well, and we are extremely grateful for the volunteers who are on board with the mission of this organization and help us accomplish it.
