Description:

Maintain front desk duties and answer phones at our office location between the hours of 3:00PM and 5:00PM. Hours vary Monday through Friday dependent on volunteer availability! Volunteer intake support specialists will answer phones and hotline calls, make referrals, take messages, and connect clients with appropriate Hope Unlimited staff. Must pass a background check. On-site training provided! Additional online trauma-informed training required and can be completed during volunteer hours.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years old, pass a background check, and be able to answer incoming calls at the office.

Attachment Instructions:

Volunteers may view Hope Unlimited's policies and procedures manual, and then complete the application by printing, filling out, and scanning/uploading. Background check forms will be emailed directly to the candidates once the application is submitted and approved.
