Description: The Walk MS Development and Event Production Intern will primarily assist with Walk MS across Mid America in the planning, coordination and execution of virtual Walk events. This is an unpaid internship primarily during the spring months. The Walk MS Development and Event Production Intern will work on a variety of projects that will help develop their fundraising, event planning, relationship building and solicitation skills. Intern will have the opportunity to obtain service-learning hours, college credit, and/or recommendation letter, pending satisfactory performance. Selected interns will play a vital role in helping drive Walk MS fundraising campaigns and providing support to ongoing participants and sponsors. Candidates must be self-motivated, a team player, results-oriented and dedicated to making difference in the lives of people living with and affected by MS.
