Role(s): Champion
Description: The champions and mentors participate in bi-monthly Pathway to Success, sessions middle- and high-school girls who are in the program. The program is designed to provide mentoring and learning for girls interested in Aviation, Science, Technology, Engineering and Math Careers. Three girls will be placed in a team with one Champion (a professional A+STEM woman) and a Mentor (woman college student enrolled in a STEM program).

The role of the Champion: The Champion will lead a team of girls and a Mentor in competitions and learning experiences.

Time commitment: Pathway to Success meetings are held September to June, on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month except August, from 3-5pm. Champions and volunteers may also attend company tours with the girls.

The program will start up in Sept. 2014.
